Vendor Refill ordering is optimised for busy retailers. It is like the rest of JBiz, dynamic and intuitive. It can be accessed by retailers and/or reps for quick placement of VR orders.
The Vendor Refill list is a menu item within the Retailer's/Customer's view. A retailer can have a VR list for each department from which they purchase your goods. The lists can be created and maintained by both the sales rep and the retailer.
When the list is accessed the levels are updated to show that items are available. Other information displayed at this time is quantity purchased year to date and quantity purchased last year. Their customer specific price is also displayed.
placement is achieved by simply tabbing down the quantity fields and entering the quantity required; then clicking the commit button at the bottom of the list.
